Spawn of Madness first appeared as an Asylum pack when that game was being published in a CCG format. In 2011, Fantasy Flight Games revised Spawn of Madness to fit its Living Card Game format, with three copies each of twenty different cards. The card text has been updated to reflect the most recent FAQ and errata.
