Dot Duel

Dot Duel is a fast-paced, card-collection game where players race to find the number represented on the rolled dice. Speed is rewarded, but players must be careful not to misfire or they may find themselves in a high-stakes duel that might make or break their chances of winning!

The game is relatively simple. Included are a pair of dice and the Dot Duel Deck - 57 cards, each different from the other. Every card has 8 symbols representing a number 2-12 on it, and there may be more than one symbol representing the same number on a single card (though no symbol will be exactly the same on the same card). Every pair of cards has EXACTLY one matching symbol between the cards.

A turn starts with a roll of the dice and six of the cards face up in between all players. Then all players race to find and accurately count the number of matching symbols to the rolled number on a card, making a claim for the card once they’re confident they are correct. Opponents check their claims, and can initiate a duel if they are incorrect. Claim a Double Dot, when two of the showing cards show an exactly matching symbol of the rolled number, and claim all six cards at once. Play ends when all cards are collected and victory is claimed by the player with the most cards.

Duels are an integral part of the game. In them, players put up cards from their collection in a one-on-one face off where they must race to correctly count the matching symbols among all the showing cards. Winner steals cards from their opponent, and a Double Dot allows you to steal their entire deck!

There are other variations of gameplay for beginners and younger players that promote fun for any audience.
