Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Obiettivo Terra

The Oz Army is controlling the Earth, and is your objective to be the first to destroy them.

In Mobile Suit Gundam Wing - Obiettivo Terra you, and the other players, will play as one of the 5 main characters from A New translation: Mobile suit Gundam W.

Each different pilot is suited with is iconic Mobile Suit, which differ not only in design, but in performance too.

For example, Duo Maxwell pilots the Gundam Deathscythe, which is a really fast machine, while Trowa Barton prefer the Gundam Heavyarms, perfect for suppressive fire tactics.

The game is played on a pre-print board, divided in squares.

On the board (which represent a stylized version of the Lagrangian points around the Earth) there are indicated each player's starting point, which represent 4 different Colony, some Asteroids to mine for gathering resources, and the Earth, with is defensive line.

The objective of the game is to be the first to defeat the Gundam Epyon, the mobile suit piloted by the unknown leader of the Oz Army, waiting on the Earth (the center of the board) for a worthy opponent. Each player’s turn starts by throwing 2 dice: this indicates the numbers of squares you may move on the board.

At the end of the "Movement Phase", you must draw an "Event Card", unless you end your movement on an Asteroid or a Colony: in the first case, you may mine it to draw a "Resource Card", in the latest you may un-load your Mobile Suit in the Colony's hangar bay.

Each “Event Card” may trigger different effect, it could make you challenge some Mobile Suit from the Oz Army, sent to defeat you. Each time you encounter an enemy Mobile Suit (or you land on the same spot of another player) a battle occur: you throw 2 dice and, by using the "Battle Table", match a particular stat of you Suit with the enemy's one.

Some “Event Cards” will let you boost the performance of your Mobile Suit, or let you avoid the encounter immediately, or give you some other kind of bonus or malus. Before jumping ahead to the main villain, you will first have to clear 2 missions:

 gather enough resources to build the Gundam Wing Zero (even if you like it, your first Mobile Suit will never be able to defeat the Gundam Epyon)
 meet the requirements on a random "Diplomacy card" drawn at the beginning of the game;

once you are done, you can go and try to defeat the "bad guy”, finally freeing Earth from the Oz Army oppression!

L’operazione non sarà semplice perché ad ostacolarvi ci saranno orde dei temibili mobile suit di OZ e ovviamente gli altri giocatori. Una volta costruito il GWZ sarete in grado di tornare sulla Terra ed affrontare lo spaventoso Gundam Epyon per l’epico scontro finale
