Territory Acquisition board game. Players recruit and move their units on a world map. Conflict is handled by a quick random method. Victory points are earned by having the most units in Seas and Colonies. Each great power has its own unique abilities and starting set-ups. An Event deck and Empire Deck provide tons of Chrome.
