Power Rangers Action Card Game

Players customize a deck of 30 cards depicting the heroes, villains, Zords, and Megazords of the Power Rangers universe. Cards are found in special starter sets, booster packs, and also packaged with Power Rangers toys from the 2013 line.

Turn Order:

1. Draw 2 cards.
2. Choose a Ranger or Villain to play, or pass. Discard cards equal to the play cost.
3. Optionally, players can summon Zords or Megazords if a Ranger was played in the previous step.
4. If only one player played a card, that card deals damage equal to its damage value twice.
5. If both players played a card, each player performs a "judgement" by rolling a die (or using an app or Morpher toy) to determine what power level their card fights at. The higher Power value wins. The loser is dealt damage equal to the winning card's damage value.
6. If the winner's card's rock/paper/scissors icon defeats the opponent's, the winner deals damage twice.
7. Damage is represented by moving cards from the draw deck into the discard pile.
8. The winner's card is discarded, the loser's is moved to the reinforcements area, where it can boost the "judgement" value in subsequent battles.
9. Play continues until one player runs out of cards in his or her draw deck. That player loses and the opponent wins!
