Replicants

Replicants is a confrontation and strategy game in which you play biomechanical creatures, the Replicants, battling each other in an arena.

In a chaotic, violent future,to satisfy the population’s need for entertainment,engineers have created creatures built for combat. They named them...REPLICANTS

These biomechanical energy creatures, gladiators of the future, battle it out in an arena. Replicants form a group of individuals. Two, three or four groups of Replicants meet in the arena to wage merciless combat. A Replicant has two distinct structures. Its mechanical part, called the heart, gives it the energy it needs to perform its various functions. Its biological part, called the soul, gives it the ability to move and destroy. Within each group, a particular Replicant is called the Matrix. When combat begins, its energetic activity becomes exacerbated. The Matrix rapidly expands and eventually splits, giving rise to a new Replicant. In battle, Replicants must destroy their opponents. To do this, one Replicant must pull itself up onto another. When it does so, it releases an enormous amount of electricity which annihilates its hapless opponent. During these violent skirmishes, the Matrix’s replication process sometimes reaches such an energy paroxysm that it has to discharge an excess of energy. It does so by disintegrating one of its Replicants, which acts as a lightning rod. This discharge is life-saving for the Matrix, but not for the Replicant undergoing it. This confrontation ends when one of the Matrix is destroyed by another Replicant, or when a group is practically devoid of individuals. In this game, you play as a group of Replicants. Whether two, three or four players, to have a chance of winning the game in this confrontation, you must destroy the opposing Replicants while minimizing your losses.
