Strange Orbit: Undermine

Strange Orbit: Undermine is an action-strategy game played in quick rounds. Players only have a few turns to get in, secure their haul, and extract their spoils on a collapsing asteroid. Strange Orbit features a tactile world composed of hexagonal resource tiles, which ensures that each game's layout is unknown and requires crafty exploration using each character's unique abilities. The player who collects the most valuable haul after the asteroid collapses is deemed the winner.

On each turn, players receive 10 action points to move, climb, build, deposit, and disrupt other players on a living board that is constantly changing shape. Players search the board for valuable minerals such as gold, emeralds, and diamonds in order to extract and deposit in their personal stashes. Be careful however, as players must be careful around other players who may attempt to steal or destroy their resources.

In Strange Orbit, players will take on the role of a Triffling crew member on The Big Rig, a staging vessel for descents into the dangerous caverns of the asteroids. Due to hefty commissions and the Triffling's quarrelsome nature, miners will compete to be the one with the most glittering gems and gold. Pushing, stealing, or even undercutting the gem market are all tools for the miners to swing fortune in their favor. Don't be the one to dawdle too long, as the unstable cavern formations are soon to collapse into rolling magma!
