The player's aim is to reach the pinnacle of their pyramid first. To do this, they have to perform The Administrative Waltz, by progressing through the various qualifying zones, positions and levels, and manipulating his opponents to retard their progress. This performance simulates the bureaucratic rise to success, which is dependent on no one particular attribute, being achieved through a five-point plan which comprises... -Qualifications (formal educational qualifications)
