"Suspicion" is a detective game set in the times of the legendary private-eye Sherlock Holmes. The playing board represents London. Each player is a detective whose aim is to solve the crimes of three suspects. There are 24 suspects in all. Each of these bears the name of a fictional Victorian criminal and four items of information. These are:
- a clue to identification
- evidence of the crime
- proof (fingerprint)
- a district of London To solve the crime, the detective must collect every item of information on the card.
