Description from the Included Instructions:

Object of the Game Be the first player to get rid of all of your cards in each round and score points for the cards your opponents are left holding. Points in rounds accumulate and the first player to reach 500 points wins.

Crash-Up Rule — Accidents happen! If you pull this card from the draw pile — CRASH! IMMEDIATELY combine the cards in your hand with the cards from the hand of the next player in order. Shuffle the cards well, and then deal them back between the two of you starting with the other player. Put the Crash Up Rule card on the discard pile, and since it's a wild card, pick a new color that resumes play. If this card is turned up at the beginning of play, the person to the left of the dealer chooses the color that begins play.

It's the matching game you love, now featuring your favorite iconic characters from Cars 3! Players race to get rid of all their cards by matching a card in their hand with the current card shown on top of the deck. There are two customizable cards and a special new wild card: the Smokey rule card which lets you look "under the hood" of any other player! Look at their cards, combine them with yours, and then deal them back to yourself and the other player! Score points by being the first to get rid of all the cards in your hand. First player or team to 500 wins. When you're down to one card, don't forget to yell "UNO!"
