The core mechanic is an alternating movement system based on leadership initiatives. Players are always involved managing such actions as mechanized breakthrough's, unit operational ranges, reinforcements going into battles, and naval fleet pursuits on a die-12 combination with CRT's. Game features setup for 1939 and 1941 starting dates, historical build limits, and optional political cards for players to fight on a beautiful global map.
