1% is a deckbuilding game where not only are you building your deck collecting point and/or useful card while also trying to take over sites that give you powerful abilities. Collecting three of these sites instantly wins the game so players must be aware, battle opponent's crew, and interact more than your usual deckbuilder. A drafting mechanic while setting up allows you to customize your gang members prior to play so you feel like you have actually customized your crew from actual strategy and choice.
