It was the end of the 16th century, just as the reign of Queen Elizabeth (I) was ending. The incident took place in a riverside town in central England. A man who had been staying in an inn was found dead after plunging his head into the river not far from the back door. The travelers who were also staying at the inn, the local white witch who is well-liked by the locals, and the inn's servants all look at each other with suspicion. Each of them looks at the other with suspicion. What is the truth behind the incident that took place in the hometown where the playwright, who has gained fame, returned to after a long absence?　And what will become of the story woven by those with secrets?

In this genre, each player plays a different character, and each character is given a separate winning condition. Other players' winning conditions are unknown, and after the end of the game, all players who achieve the conditions become winners.
