Tiles can be moved 1 place horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. You can move one level going up, there is no limitation going down. This means that you can jump on tiles of your opponent if they are at the same height or lower. In this way you convert tiles of your opponent to your own colour. Tiles always move individually: you do not move entire stacks, just the stack's top tile. When capturing, you capture the entire stack.
You can surrender to tiles of your opponent if they are at the same height or higher. Instead of jumping on top of the stack, you slide underneath it. Your tile is not flipped, and it keeps its own colour. It is a prisoner of that stack. But if a stack holds a majority of prisoners (more than half), there is a revolution. The prisoners become free, and the top tile (and all other tiles of the stack) change to the colour of the prisoners.
The game ends if one of the players can make no more moves.
