The game allows two teams of investigators compete who will be the first to solve the crime that happened in the quarter of Westminster by visiting 4 main locations, solving puzzles and gaining indications. These indications will direct to one of multiple suspects. Whoever finds the murderer first wins the game. There is also cooperative variant where one team tries to find the correct solution to the case. Cases are randomly generated by a combination of 4 main puzzles (each in its respective location) chosen out of 9 possibilities for each location.
