Oh My Goods!

Setting up Oh My Goods! involves each player receiving a starting charburner building, seven resource cards placed on top of it representing starting capital ($7), a hand of five cards, and a worker token. A central market deck and assistant cards are placed nearby, with the main deck shuffled and ready for drawing cards throughout the game.

The main goal is to be the most prosperous artisan by constructing a layout of up to eight buildings, managing resource production chains, and efficiently turning raw materials into finished goods to generate wealth and victory points.

Each round is played across four sequential phases: drawing cards, revealing sunrise market cards until two half-suns appear, simultaneously assigning workers and choosing buildings to construct or produce, and finally sunset market cards followed by the production phase where workers generate goods and run production chains.

Scoring happens at the end of the game by tallying up the victory point values printed on all successfully constructed buildings, alongside bonus points awarded at a rate of one point for every five gold coins accumulated during gameplay.

The game triggers its final round the moment any player successfully constructs their eighth building. After completing that final round, players calculate total scores to determine the winner.
