Carcassonne: The Tollkeepers

In the Middle Ages, customs law gave land owners the right to impose an import duty or toll on passing travelers and traders. A distinction was sometimes made between "small customs" (mainly for the use of a means of transport) and "large customs", which was levied on goods depending on the type and weight.

All of this can be found in Carcassonne: The Tollkeepers (Die Zöllner), with players being able to raise customs on travelers and goods to earn points.
