Players take turns rolling to move around the board where they can buy properties, gain permanent upgrades, defeat monsters and avoid traps, and duel each other for dominance.

Monsters and Traps are on High and Low Level Dungeon cards which players can choose from when they land on a Dungeon tile. After a successful roll (and associated modifiers), you can win gold pieces. Unsuccessful rolls reduce your hit points.

Properties can be purchased and upgraded with housing, affecting the amount of rent opponents must pay when they land on your property. If you collect enough properties of certain types, you can gain control of the castle in that territory. The right to own properties can also be dueled over by rolling against each other using various modifiers.

To win the game, you must be the first player to complete two objectives: gain control of a castle and defeat the dragon.

The game strives to make the 'opoly style genre more fun and engaging. RPG elements, easy to learn mechanics and fast paced gameplay make it simply superior to it's predecessors. It was updated in 2023 for a smoother gameplay experience, and streamlined to be playable in 90 minutes.
