Construction Auction

As the president of a competitive construction firm, you’ll oversee the auctioning, building, and expansion of high-value skyscrapers worth billions. Deciding when to invest, build, or expand your headquarters will determine the future of your company’s success.

Construction Auction is an auction and building strategy game for 3–5 players lasting about 90 minutes. Players compete to bid on construction rights for luxurious high-rise projects across five colors, then decide how and when to build them to maximize reputation and profit. Each round, players secretly manage resources (labor, machinery, distribution, and technology) to outbid rivals or strategically withdraw to recruit workers and start new projects. Timing construction, managing limited chips, and reacting to market saturation are key. The game ends once the parking lot project and the final flag cards appear, with players scoring based on completed projects, company reputation, and efficiency.
