Cthulhu Wars: The Invasion

The game begins with Portents on the board. For these we use Invasion Tokens, which look portentious. Your Larvae must travel across the board to the Portents and try to bring them to live in a multi-stage process, which ends with the Portents becoming full-fledged Lord’s Shadows and channeling Hell.

You don’t have Cultists. You can’t do Rituals of Annihilation. You almost don’t need Power, at least not like the other Factions do. You can spend Doom to take certain actions. Those weird Portents are scattered over the map.
