To play with this card, during setup players should either:

  1. substitute it for the weakest hunter (the one resistant to the Storm Hammer) to make the Nine more powerful and dangerous

or

  1. select The Nine at random from the 10 hunter cards to add more variation to the game.

Either way, you should always only play with 9 hunter cards total.
