Endless Winter: Paleoamericans

Endless Winter: Paleoamericans is set during the prehistoric era. Setup involves placing the central board featuring action spaces, territory tiles, and tribe tracks. Each player receives a player mat, tribe board, starting deck of cards, and tribal meeples. Resource tokens (food, culture, tools, bones) and various tiles (culture cards, megaliths, monuments, huts) are arranged in their designated supply areas next to the board.

The main objective is to guide your ancient tribe through successive generations, establishing dominance by gathering resources, hunting megafauna, constructing monuments and huts, exploring new lands, and advancing cultural and technological developments.

Gameplay unfolds over a fixed number of rounds, each divided into phases. During the Action Phase, players simultaneously or sequentially draft cards from their hand and place workers on the board's action spaces to gather resources, move, build, or hunt. Players then resolve their played cards during the Eclipse Phase for additional benefits, followed by a cleanup and refreshment phase.

Victory points are accumulated throughout the game and during end-game scoring. Points are awarded for constructed monuments, erected megaliths, advanced culture cards, recruited tribe members, territory control, and leftover resources or tokens.

The game ends automatically after the completion of the final round. All players perform final scoring evaluations, combining their accumulated VP tracks and end-game bonuses to determine the winner.
