Entropy

Setup begins by distributing a personal console with three markers, three matching level-zero focus cards, a randomized starting solar system containing a planet and a star, and a starting hand of life form cards and missions. Various tokens, stars, planets, biomes, asteroids, and life form cards are placed in general supply pools on the board alongside milestone objective tracks and scoring tiles.

The primary objective in Entropy is to accumulate the most victory points by the end of the game. Players act as cosmic entities shaping the galaxy, gaining points through milestones, card abilities, fulfilling personal missions, scoring objectives based on planet types, biomes, and star progression, and keeping leftover resources.

A player's turn follows a strict sequence: move the scientist 1 to 3 spaces without staying still, retrieve any passed creation markers, place a creation marker for main actions, receive a traffic bonus depending on movement and other players, and execute the space's action. Players can also optionally trade entropy for resources or resolve game triggers at the end of their turn.

Scoring happens continuously and at game end. Throughout the game, players claim milestone reward tiles, trigger star abilities, and score bonus points from card effects. At the end of the game, points are tallied from three main milestone tracks, remaining resources, and specific achievement goals tied to planets and star setups.

The game's end is triggered as soon as any two of the six end-of-game objectives have been achieved or completed. Once triggered, the current round is finished and every player gets one final turn before final scoring takes place.
