Feya's Swamp

During setup, the swamp board is arranged with randomized spirit tiles on two islands. Central boards hold fish cards, race objectives, end-of-game objectives, bonus tiles, and guide cards. Players draft guide cards in turn order and receive initial resources including 20 gold, three fish, three workers, and a manager gem. Starting settlements are placed adjacent to spirits based on initiative numbers, ensuring a balanced start.

The main objective of Feya's Swamp is to build and expand amphibious clan settlements. Players act as clan leaders navigating the swamp, collecting seasonal fish, trading with settlements, and worshiping spirits to gain victory points and claim dominance over the swamp.

A round consists of three phases: income, turns, and maintenance. During the turns phase, players place workers on action slots, using manager gems to boost actions. Actions are divided into boat actions (building, fishing, trading, sailing) and ground actions (celebrating, improving sailing, adding spirit worship), with strict rules on placement and movement.

Players earn victory points throughout the game through various actions such as trading fish, completing race objectives, and visiting temples. Additional points are scored at the end of the game based on settlement sizes, remaining fish tokens, leftover manager gems, and cash.

The game concludes after four full rounds. Once all rounds and maintenance phases are completed, final scoring is tallied to determine the winner. The player with the highest total score wins, and ties are shared.
