Fleets of Fortune

Hoist the main anchor and batten down the hatches, as you and your opponents compete to rule the seven seas in Fleets of Fortune! Recruit your crew members through influence, put them to work to amass your wealth, and use your riches to acquire your fleet of ships to conquer the world. Rough tides await, and it will take an even rougher band of buccaneers to heft and hornswoggle their way to the top. Do you have what it takes, or are ye just another cowardly landlubber.

Utilizing light engine building and hand management along with a 'take that' mechanic, players will utilize specific influence cards or items to recruit crew members to their team. Once recruited, each crew member has a unique action to either build wealth or improve their crew. Once a player has the proper payment, they can pay the fee to add a ship to their armada. The first player to build a fleet of the four most powerful and fully-manned ships before their opponents is the winner. There is no second place, unless you count Davy Jones' locker...
