To set up Fun Facts, shuffle the deck of question cards and place a face-down pile of eight cards in the center of the table, returning the rest to the box. Each player receives an arrow tile and a matching colored marker, writing their name on the front side while leaving the reverse answer side blank. Randomly choose one player to receive the star token, designating them as the first player for the beginning of the game.

The goal of Fun Facts is to cooperatively answer personal trivia questions and arrange your answers in ascending order. Played over eight rounds, you and your friends work together to build a shared column of arrows, aiming to score as many points as possible by accurately guessing how your personal numbers relate to everyone else's.

Each round consists of three phases. First, in the answer phase, the active player reads a question card, and everyone secretly writes their numeric answer on their arrow tile. Second, during the place phase, players take turns positioning their face-down arrows into a column, placing them above, below, or between other arrows based on whether they think their number is higher, lower, or in-between. Finally, in the reveal phase, arrows are flipped from bottom to top, and any arrows that break the ascending numerical order are removed.

At the end of each round, the team earns one point for every arrow that successfully remains in the correctly ordered column. Record this round's points on the star token, adding them to your running cumulative total as you progress through the game.

The game automatically ends after all eight rounds have been played. Add up your total points accumulated across all rounds, and compare your final score against the ranking score grid on the back of the rulebook to see how well your group performed.
