Galactic Cruise

Setting up Galactic Cruise involves placing the main board in the center with the network section, technology tiles, agenda cards, progress track, blueprint display, engine and cockpit options, and the marketing area. Each player receives a player board, a starting shuttle with a cockpit and engine, player cubes, agenda cards, starting currency, and ads. Players also place initial developments on the board and set their reputation markers based on turn order.

The main objective in Galactic Cruise is to become the next CEO of the space tourism company by earning the most victory points. Players achieve this by building and upgrading shuttles, collecting resources, hiring expert workers, advertising to various guest types, scheduling luxury space cruises, and launching their shuttles into space.

On a player's turn, they choose one of three main options: place an available worker from their break room onto an empty action space on the network board, bump an opponent's worker back to their break room to collect funding bonuses, or launch a shuttle. When placing a worker, players take two actions from the current section or adjacent connected developments. Players can also call a meeting to recall workers or launch shuttles to advance their progress cubes.

End-game scoring awards victory points for leftover currency, resources, ads, agenda cards, and blueprint tiles, divided by three. Players also score points based on their final position on the reputation track, the columns of completed developments on their player boards, the scoring criteria on their cockpit tiles, and their progress on company goals.

The game's end is triggered when all space is filled on the third progress tile, signaling the final round. After every player takes an equal number of turns and a final cleanup phase with remaining in-space shuttles resolving their destinations, final scoring is calculated to determine the winning CEO.
