Grand Austria Hotel

Place the main board in the center with all resource tracks, the Emperor track, and the round tracker. Shuffle the guest cards, staff cards, and room tiles. Each player receives a player board representing their hotel, starting money, and a hand of staff and guest cards. Fill the hotel lobby with guest cards and arrange available room tiles.

The main goal is to successfully manage a grand hotel in Vienna by satisfying diverse guests, preparing their rooms, serving requested food and drinks, and hiring helpful staff members to earn the most prestige points.

During a round, the active player rolls a pool of dice. On your turn, choose one die, perform the corresponding action whose strength equals the number of matching dice available, and optionally take one special action. Actions allow you to acquire drinks, food, rooms, money, or advance on the Emperor track.

Points are awarded throughout the game for seating guests, completing rooms, satisfying guest requirements, and progressing along the Emperor track at designated scoring rounds. Unused resources and remaining money also contribute slightly at the end.

The game concludes automatically at the end of the seventh round, following the final Emperor scoring phase and end-game bonuses.
