Winston Churchill wrote a book about the eastern front of the Great War, The Unknown War. One-hundred years later, the events and drama of the Great War in the East are still largely unknown.

This scenario book presents battles on the eastern front of the Great War during the campaigns of 1914.

The ten scenarios focus on maneuver warfare; Austrian, German, and Russian divisional orders of battle are included. This supplement uses the CDTOB rules, but slightly modifies them to better represent the nature of ground combat in 1914.
