The investor wants a flourishing economy and transport, the left-wing radical wants culture, the hipster wants security, the educated citizen wants more schools, environmentalists want green spaces and the worker wants to have at least a minimum of pretty much everything.

When you complete your random secret mission or earn 20 profile points, you have achieved your goal and take over the city of Hamburg.
