Imagine

To set up Imagine, place the deck of riddle cards face down within easy reach of all participants. Give each player a set of transparent plastic cards featuring various icons, symbols, and shapes. Ensure the play surface is clear so everyone has space to lay down and manipulate their transparent cards.

The main objective is to communicate secret words, phrases, titles, or concepts printed on the riddle cards by overlaying, combining, and moving translucent picture cards without speaking or making sound effects.

On your turn, draw a riddle card and secretly choose one of the prompts listed on it. Using your transparent cards, create a visual representation on the table. You can overlap cards, move them around, or even animate them to portray actions, characters, objects, or famous titles. Other players race to guess what you are depicting.

When someone correctly guesses your secret word, both you and the successful guesser receive points. Typically, you award victory chips or keep track of solved cards to tally scores at the end of the game.

The game concludes after a predetermined number of rounds or when the riddle card deck is exhausted. The participant who has accumulated the highest score through successful guesses and clever clues wins the game.
