Kanban EV

Kanban EV sets up with a main factory board containing departments for R&D, Design, Assembly, Logistics, and Administration. Players get individual player boards with adjustable garage benefits and slots for car parts and speech tokens. Essential components include car part markers, design blueprints, supercharger expansion tokens, and performance goal cards.

Players act as ambitious managers aiming to build the ultimate electric vehicle empire. The goal is to accumulate the most victory points by efficiently managing factory operations, upgrading vehicle designs, supplying parts, and successfully presenting projects at department meetings.

On your turn, you place your manager pawn on an available department space. This grants you a number of shifts to perform actions such as researching technology, designing models, assembling cars, or gaining administrative support. Managing worker placement and department order is crucial to maximizing your actions.

Scoring occurs at the end of each work week and during end-of-game evaluations. You score points based on your bank shifts, speech tokens, successfully presented performance goals, and the value of completed vehicle upgrades and tested designs in your garage.

The game concludes after three full weeks, triggered when the pace car completes its circuit three times or after specific meeting milestones. Final scoring determines the winner by tallying all remaining resources, achievements, and endgame bonuses.
