La Felicissima Armada

From the rulebook: "This is a game to illustrate the flavour of naval engagements in the English Channel, where the English fleet harried the gigantic Spanish Armada as if progressed to its rendezvous with Parma’s Army in the Netherlands."

A miniatures wargame to be played on the tabletop with scale ship models. The players control the English ships and a game master controls the Spanish fleet. The simple rules encompass wind effects on ship movement, gun combat, and boarding actions.
