The rules, step by step
Setup
First, lay out the 6 casino boards in order. Shuffle all the banknotes into a deck. Deal a banknote to each casino from the deck. Each casino must hold at least $50,000. If a banknote's worth is less than that, deal an additional banknote to that casino until it holds at least $50,000. Each player takes 8 dice of the color they want. Then, you are ready to play.
Objective
The game lasts for 4 rounds, and whoever has the most money at the end of the game wins.
On your turn
The players take turns in a clockwise direction, starting with the first player. When it's your turn, roll all the dice you have. Choose one of the rolled dice and move all the dice showing the same number to the casino of that number. If you have no dice left, pass automatically.
Scoring
Once everyone has used all their dice, distribute banknotes to the players as follows: First, if two or more players have laid the same number of dice in any casino, those players take all the dice back from that casino. After that, distribute banknotes to players from each casino, starting with casino 1. The player who played the most dice in that casino takes the highest-value banknote first. If there are no banknotes left, you get nothing. If there are no dice and only banknotes are left, put them on the bottom of the deck. Turn over the banknotes you have acquired so that other players do not know how much you have.
Game end
The game is over after 4 rounds, and the player with the most money wins. In case of a tie, the player with the most banknote cards wins.
Tips
When playing with 2-4 players, neutral dice are used. Choose an unused color of dice to be neutral dice. The game recommends using white. Take 4 dice for 2 players and 2 for 3-4 players. For 3 players, roll the remaining two dice at the beginning of the round and place them on the corresponding casino or casinos. On your turn, you can roll and place neutral dice as if they were the same color as your dice. At the end of the round, the neutral dice are treated as imaginary player's dice, and the banknotes are distributed as well. The banknotes distributed to the neutral player are turned face down and placed on the bottom of the deck.
