レッツ・プレイ・イノベーション！！ (Let's Play Innovation!!) is a Japanese card game developed by a company specialising in business training. During the game, the players operate a business and aim for success. Players draw to their hand and then play from their hand. Some cards have special enhancing effects to already played cards. Most of the cards are split diagonally, with a positive side, and a black negative side. When a player puts the card into their tableau, they can turn it to show the positive benefits, or turn it to show the negative failures.
