On your turn
During a player's turn, they can perform several actions. These include placing dice on properties to claim them, which is the first step to building a casino. Players can also build new casinos on their claimed properties or expand existing ones by connecting adjacent properties they own. Another key action is remodeling a casino, which allows a player to change the type (color) of their casino, potentially aligning it with a larger, more valuable casino nearby. If a casino has dice from multiple players, a 'reorganize' action can be taken, where the player pays money to re-roll all dice in that casino, hoping their dice come up on top to gain control.
Scoring
Casinos score points based on their size (number of connected properties) and the number of 'risers' (additional tiles) built underneath them. The scoring track on the outside of the board shows that early, smaller casinos (one-point casinos) are less valuable over time. As the game progresses, larger and taller casinos (built by adding risers) yield significantly more points. When a property card of a specific color is drawn, all casinos of that color are scored, and the player with the highest number of pips on their dice in each casino becomes the 'boss' and collects the payout.
Game end
The game concludes when all property cards have been drawn from the deck. At this point, all casinos on the board are scored one final time. Players tally their total wealth, which includes the value of their casinos (based on their size and risers) and any remaining cash. The player with the highest total wealth is declared the winner, having successfully dominated the Las Vegas real estate and casino market.
