Gameplay and Winning The gameplay follows a simple, fast-paced "fill-in-the-blank" mechanic. During each round, players must complete a sentence by playing their most "out of line" or inappropriate Black Card to match the White Card currently in play. Players read their "sick" combinations aloud, and the goal is to create the most shocking or hilarious association possible to win the round.

To win a round, a player must convince the "Dealer" that their combination is the funniest of the lot. The winner of the round "earns the cash" (se gana las lucas), establishing themselves as the person with the most twisted sense of humor at the table. The game officially ends when a player runs out of "lucas." At this point, the player with the most "lucas" is declared the ultimate winner and gets to choose a "penance" or forfeit that the losing player must perform.
