Setup
To set up Menara, first place the central base tile on the playing surface. Each player receives a hand of challenge cards. Then, draw and resolve setup cards, which will instruct you to place a certain number of colored columns and floor tiles onto the base. Columns are placed into designated holes on the floor tiles, and subsequent floor tiles are placed on top of columns, creating a multi-tiered structure. Ensure the tower remains stable throughout this process.
