MicroMacro: Crime City – All In

MicroMacro: Crime City – All In requires a large flat surface, typically a table or the floor, to lay out the massive detailed city map. Keep the deck of case cards and a magnifying glass close at hand. Depending on personal preference, players may also want to use small markers or dice to track various locations, though these are not strictly included in the box.

The main objective is to act as a detective solving various crimes committed throughout Crime City. Players must trace the movements of suspects and victims backward and forward across the map, visually following paths of actions depicted at different times.

Gameplay proceeds by taking the top card of a case, reading the initial question or prompt, and examining the black-and-white illustration on the map to find the relevant character or event. Players follow the visual trails of footprints and actions to answer subsequent case cards until the mystery is solved.

There is no competitive point scoring in this cooperative game. Success is determined purely by correctly deducing the solution to each of the 16 included cases and bonus missions.

The game concludes when all cases in the box have been successfully investigated and resolved, though players can replay or share the experience with others afterward.
