This is the Australian Here and Now edition of Monopoly. Parker Brothers invited people to vote online as to which parts of Australia should be included on the board.

Some of the results were suprising, Sydney, for example, was not chosen in favour of Tamworth and Broken Hill.

Apart from the Australian themed board the tokens are different from the classic set - we have Pair of Thongs, Surfboard, Ute, Koala, Labradoodle (the poodle Labrador cross breed that originated in Australia), Mobile Phone, Laptop Computer, and jar of Vegemite.
