Alaskan explorers circle the board buying properties and erecting igloos on them to charge "visitors" rent. There are no deeds to the properties, the color of the igloo denotes ownership. When the first player runs out of money, everyone else counts their cash. The player with the most money wins!
Comes with a game board, 24 Chance cards, 48 plastic igloos, Monopoly Junior money, a die, and four colored explorers. There's also a "Trekker's Guide" which is a National Geographic-type folio with information about Alaska. It's not integral to playing the game.
