The game comes with a pair of penis shaped dice. The players roll the dice, trying to get the penises to land in different positions. Every position is worth a certain amount of points. The first player to reach a 100 points or the player with the highest score after five rounds is the winner.

The dirty rules for couples turns the game into a striptease/make out game where each dice score equals a certain "act".
