Scoring and success are measured through completed campaigns, successful one-shot conflicts, and maintaining control over specific empires or trade routes, which dictate whether a player successfully changes regimes or achieves victory conditions.

The game ends when key expansion or base game conditions are met, such as specific one-shots being resolved or victory conditions being claimed by a player, wrapping up the historical conflicts of the era.
