In Pitypang és Lili – Segíts a kutyusoknak! ("Pitypang & Lili – Help the Puppies!"), players work together and compete to rescue adorable dogs from a crowded shelter. Each player takes turns playing cards that represent dogs, helpers, and events. The goal is to free as many puppies as possible by cleverly combining cards and planning ahead.

The central board represents four rows of kennels where stray puppies wait to be rescued. At the beginning of the game, the rows start to fill up with Puppy cards as players place them one by one. Special Bone cards can make rescues easier or allow players to free multiple puppies at once, while Caretaker cards let players choose any dog to rescue directly. However, not everything goes smoothly—when an Escaped Puppy card appears, a player must shout “An escaped puppy!” and return one of their rescued dogs back to the shelter.

The game continues until the draw pile runs out. Each puppy rescued counts as one point, and the player who has saved the most puppies by the end wins the game.
