Planets

In the future, the human race has used up all of earth's resources. Now they must mine the moons of distant planets to gain Resource to support their fleets. The mining corporations fiercely defend their territory while try to push other corporations out of their way in the search of Resource.

Planets is a free print-and-play game focused on turn-based tactics. Your goal is to capture planets, grow your fleet, push back the enemy forces and capture their home planets. The size of your fleet depends on how well you capture and control territory.

During the game, the players recruit ships, capture planets to gain resources, build defenses on captured planets and deny territory from the enemies.

The game comes with a few modular rules that can be stacked or left out of the game. These rules include Environmental effects, Commander units & Discovery that hides the planets and moons until visited.

All you need to play this game is a printer, scissors, some glue or tape for the discovery rules and a die for the environmental effects. All the files needed to create your own maps, commanders etc. are available.
