Operational level wargame for fictional invasion to Kansai region in Japan at final stage of WW2. The game is inspired by the Race to Tokyo. However, this game is not race by two Allied Armies. Standardly one player control the US Army and another player control the Japanese Army.

The game play is repeat alternately movement and combat. The rule mostly same with Race to Tokyo.

The U.S. purpose is threatening the Kyoto, to lure out the Japanese Tokyo garrison. The Japanese purpose is to have depleted the US units, to defense the Kansai region. The actual winner determined by the control of the important city by U.S. Army and loss of U.S. units.

The game counters is not die-cut.
