Each player sets out from their home garage on a shopping expedition by car. They first head for the Bank to draw money sufficient to cover their purchases (Note: No cash machines or credit cards 55 years ago). Then the players proceed to the various shops to spend the money. Finally, the players return to the Bank to draw money to take home.

The first player having made the required value of purchases and arrived back in their garage with the correct amount of money, wins the game.

Look out for traffic lights, pedestrians, one way streets and obstructions as you shop.
