Players are secretly divided into three categories: plotters, Kim's loyalists, and CIA agents. Plotters are the majority and aim to kill Kim by accumulating a certain number of 'kill' vote cards. Kim's loyalists know each other and want to save Kim by accumulating a certain number of 'veto' vote cards. CIA agents aim to discredit as many people as possible by causing a certain number of players to lose both their prestige tokens. Throughout the game, all players must pretend to be part of the plot to overthrow Kim, regardless of their true allegiance.

The rules, step by step
Setup
To set up the game, each player receives one character card, placed face-up in front of them, and two prestige tokens, placed text-side up next to their character card. Any remaining character cards and prestige tokens are returned to the box. The vote cards are shuffled, and each player is dealt two cards to hold in their hand. The remaining vote cards form a face-down draw pile in the center of the table. The round leader token is placed next to the draw pile. Mission cards are prepared according to the player count table in the rulebook, then shuffled and dealt face-down to each player. Players look at their mission card and place it face-down in front of them, keeping their mission secret until the end of the game. After all players have received their secret mission, everyone closes their eyes. After a few seconds, Kim's loyalists open their eyes and identify each other. After another few seconds, everyone closes their eyes again. Finally, everyone opens their eyes, and the game begins.
Objective
Players are secretly divided into three categories: plotters, Kim's loyalists, and CIA agents. Plotters are the majority and aim to kill Kim by accumulating a certain number of 'kill' vote cards. Kim's loyalists know each other and want to save Kim by accumulating a certain number of 'veto' vote cards. CIA agents aim to discredit as many people as possible by causing a certain number of players to lose both their prestige tokens. Throughout the game, all players must pretend to be part of the plot to overthrow Kim, regardless of their true allegiance.
On your turn
The game is played in multiple rounds, each consisting of several phases. In each round, a new leader is chosen (Phase A). Then, players vote on Kim's fate by playing a vote card from their hand (Phase B). Finally, the leader reveals three votes and executes their actions (Phase C).
Scoring
Teams receive points based on the actions executed. Plotters earn one victory point for each 'kill' vote card that is successfully put aside. Loyalists earn one victory point for each 'veto' vote card that is successfully put aside. CIA agents earn one victory point for each player who becomes discredited (loses both prestige tokens), provided that player is not also a CIA agent.
Game end
The game concludes immediately when any team reaches the required number of victory points, as specified in the player count table in the rulebook. The team that first achieves this point threshold wins the game.
Tips
If a player has two 'discredit' vote cards in their hand at any time, they can play both cards face-up to perform a special action: they eliminate one prestige token from any player (turning it black-side up) and then draw two new cards. A player becomes discredited when they lose both of their prestige tokens, at which point they flip their character card to the 'discredited' side. Discredited players cannot run for leader in subsequent rounds. If only one player wishes to be the leader, they automatically become the round leader. If two or more players want to be the leader, a vote is held among non-discredited players who did not run for leader. The candidate with the most votes becomes the leader, but all other candidates lose a prestige token. If there's a tie, the tied candidates' character cards are shuffled, and one is drawn randomly to determine the leader; other tied candidates still lose a prestige token. In Phase C, the leader chooses three vote cards (at least two from those played by players, excluding their own, and at most one from the draw pile) to execute. The leader shuffles these three cards and reveals them one by one, executing their actions in order. If the draw pile is empty, shuffle the discard pile to create a new draw pile. During the game, players cannot show their mission cards or explicitly state their mission; all communication must be through role-playing and deduction.
