The rules, step by step

Setup
Unfold the game board, noting that each playable space has a unique letter-number code. Place the vehicle token on K17 and the vehicle interior tile nearby. The Agent player receives a pad of movement sheets and a pencil, then secretly chooses one of the four Agent characters and three equipment cards, placing them face down. The remaining Agent characters and equipment are returned to the box. Hunters choose their characters and miniatures, starting inside the vehicle. Mission objectives are placed on the board by rolling a die for each numbered space (1-4), with the blue side up, and their exact positions are marked on the Agent's movement pad.
Objective
The Agent's objective is to activate three of the four mission objectives and then escape the facility through one of the three marked exit points on the north edge of the board. The Hunters win if they locate and eliminate the Agent before the Agent completes their mission. In a 5-player game, there is also a Traitor who secretly works with the Agent; Hunters win if they eliminate the Agent or successfully identify and eliminate the Traitor.
On your turn
Each round begins with the Agent secretly marking their movement on the movement pad, moving up to four spaces in any direction (including diagonally), but not through occupied spaces or impassable structures. If the Agent ends their movement in a Hunter's line of sight, they are 'seen' and place their miniature on the board. Hunters then take their turns, moving their miniatures up to four spaces. Hunters can also drive the vehicle, which has 10 movement points shared among all Hunters inside it. Hunters can move through other Hunters and share spaces. After moving, Hunters check their line of sight to potentially spot the Agent. The Agent can use equipment cards before or after moving, marking their use on the movement sheet.
Scoring
The Agent starts with four hit points (or six if playing as Orangutan or in a 4-player game). Each time the Agent is hit by a Hunter's attack, they lose one hit point. If the Agent's hit points are reduced to zero, they are eliminated, and the Hunters immediately win the game. In a 5-player game, if the Traitor is revealed, they become a second Agent, gaining two equipment cards and four hit points, and can no longer be targeted by Hunters as a Traitor.
Game end
The game ends immediately if the Agent successfully activates three mission objectives and escapes the board through a marked exit point (Agent wins). The game also ends if the Hunters eliminate the Agent by reducing their hit points to zero (Hunters win). If the Agent fails to complete their objectives and escape by the end of turn 40, the Hunters win. In a 5-player game, if the Traitor is revealed and eliminated by Hunters, the Hunters win.
Tips
The Agent should prioritize stealth and efficient movement to activate objectives and reach an escape point before being cornered. Using equipment cards at critical moments can provide crucial advantages, such as creating decoys or temporarily disabling Hunters. Hunters should coordinate their movements and use their unique abilities to cover as much ground as possible, narrowing down the Agent's potential locations. Effective communication and deduction are key for Hunters to identify the Agent's movements and, in a 5-player game, to uncover the Traitor.
