Tacta

Place the start card (with the 'X') in the center of the playing area. The playing area is defined by the edges of your table, or other boundaries if playing on the floor. Sort the remaining cards into separate piles by color. Each player chooses a color and shuffles their chosen deck. Hold your deck in your hand, without looking through it or fanning it out. The player with the lowest value on any of the outer cards of their deck starts the game. If there's a tie, the player with the lowest combined value on the outer cards starts.

Tacta is a card game for 2-6 players where you turn, rotate, and match the shapes on your cards to cover the points on your opponents' cards. The goal is to have the most visible points of your color at the end of the game. Each card has a number in the center indicating its point value, and a suit (circle, triangle, or square) around the number. There are also various shapes (triangles, squares, or rectangles) on the card's edges, which can be empty or filled with dots.

On your turn, choose a card from the outside of your deck to play. Turn or rotate the card to connect it to a start card, covering one of its shapes. When shapes match and align, the outline of the card underneath appears continuous. You can match both filled and empty shapes. The lines must align perfectly; otherwise, the move is invalid. If a player plays an illegal card, it can be removed unless another card has already been placed on top of it. Once a card is placed, it cannot be moved. If a card is accidentally moved, you must place it back before continuing. If you have no valid moves, place one of your cards face-up on the table in an empty spot, creating a new start card for future moves.

The game ends when all players have run out of cards. Each visible point on the table scores one point for its respective color. If an illegally played card is discovered, it is removed from the game, but the points on connected cards remain valid. Count all the points. The player with the most points wins the game. In case of a tie, all tied players share the victory.

The game ends when all players have run out of cards. If you want the game to last longer, you can play multiple rounds, and the first player to reach 100 points wins the entire game. For a faster game, choose a suit and remove all cards of that suit from all players' hands. For larger groups, it is recommended to play in teams of two. After shuffling the cards, deal nine cards to each player. Seat teammates facing each other. You can also play in free mode, where there are no turns. Count to three, then everyone plays as quickly as they can, without any specific order. However, you are not allowed to play a card on your own color. The game ends once a player finishes their deck.
